The text used, from Emmy and the Incredible Shrinking Rat, by Lynne Jonell. I took three to four paragraphs and condensed them into three panels. Then I interpreted them differently. Here are the captions:
panel 1: Emmy’s parents were with her, visiting her in between their long trips.
panel 2: The view outside the window was amazing, especially compared to the view outside their previous home, a small apartment.
panel 3: Emmy looked around at the fancy furntiure. What was important to her was sitting with her now.
